Community Remembers Teen Killed in Crash
A memorial service is held for 16-year-old Annamay Rebecca Celine Naef, a Rolling Hills Estates student killed in a crash last week.
Dozens of Palos Verdes residents came together Saturday night to remember a 16-year-old student killed in a rainy-day accident last week.
Annamay Rebecca Celine Naef, a Palos Verdes Peninsula High School junior from Rolling Hills Estates, was killed early Wednesday morning when the car she was riding in on the way to school hit a pole at Hawthorne Boulevard and Palos Verdes Drive North in Rolling Hills Estates. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The service for Annamay was held at Green Hills Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes.
