This small sushi bar is open for lunch and dinner – but closed between 2:30 and 5 p.m. They serve a good variety of fresh seafood, and offer special appetizers that you might not expect to find in a sushi restaurant, like fish tacos, baked mussels and ceviche. Sushiya (sometimes called Kumano Sushiya) is next to Carl's Jr. in the Palos Verdes Plaza.
