Department of Public Works

The Department of Public Works provides the city with daily maintenance of public facilities including park grounds and buildings, trails, open space, traffic signals, drainage systems, roads, medians, shoulders and landscaping within the public right-of-way, grant administration, undergrounding districts, transportation coordination, refuse disposal, recycing programs, city engineering, project design, traffic safety and construction management.
