Happy Monday! Here are five things Palos Verdes residents should know this week:

  1. The Rancho Palos Verdes City Council will meet Tuesday and Wednesday. The agendas are available online.
  2. Classes resume Monday for students attending schools in the Palos Verdes Peninsula Unified School District.
  3. Planning an event? Don't forget to add it to the Palos Verdes Patch community calendar.

  5. Saturday is National Human Trafficking Awareness Day. An estimated 20 million men, women and children around the world are victims of human trafficking. You can take a free awareness-training course online.
