Video Golf Tip of the Week: Posture Matters

A good game starts before your first swing.

Local PGA Professional Paul Young shows you how to improve your game, starting with your and moving onto your posture. Put your weight on the balls of your feet, don’t overflex at the knees, bend at the waste and keep your spine straight, he said.
