Portuguese Bend Horse Show in PV This Weekend
The show will run through the weekend at Ernie Howlett Park in Rolling Hills Estates.
Members of the Palos Verdes equestrian community will flock to Rolling Hills Estates this weekend for the 54th Annual Portuguese Bend National Horse Show.
The show, sponsored by the Peninsula Committee Children’s Hospital, will run throughout the weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at Ernie Howlett Park, 25851 Hawthorne Boulevard.
Proceeds from the show will go toward the Endowment for Clinical Imaging Research and Technology Project at Children's Hospital Los Angeles.

The show will feature two arenas with special events including the PCHA Horsemanship Medal Finals and the $10,000 Seahorse Jumper Classic. Food booths, puppet shows, pony rides, face painting and a moon bounce will also be featured.
Admission is $5 Saturday and Sunday, free for children ages 12 and under, and free for all ages Friday.
