High Schoolers Needed for Mountain Bike Team
Students in grades 9-12 can join the team in its fourth season.
The PV Bicycle Center is looking for young Palos Verdes bicyclers interested in joining the High School Mountain Bike Team, sponsored by the center.
High schoolers can join the team's fourth season and compete in a national league.
According to the center, the races, which start in February, are "on non-technical, cross-country terrain. There are no dangerous jumps or drops, just fast-paced trail riding with some challenging climbing."
