The South Bay Police and Fire Memorial Foundation will hold its 18th Annual St. Patrick's Day Golf Tournament in Rancho Palos Verdes. The tournament will kick off at 11 a.m. with registration and a barbeque lunch. Dinner starts at 6 p.m. The event will also feature awards, raffle and an auction.
