If you are a leader who is unsure of next steps, this is the environment you want to answer those tough questions.  Join inspiring leader, James Frager, as he shares his story of doing the right thing by selling his company and taking a title change from President to Senior Construction Manager in order to survive the economic storm. 

Workshops designed for:  Leaders wanting to create a personal development plan, share experiences with their peers and develop solutions to overcoming obstacles in the way of their own success. 

After this intense day and a half, leaders will walk away with a long term leadership development plan to aid in their targeted area of personal development and long lasting relationships with others sharing some of the same issues.

All planning sessions and activities with half full and Jim Frager, supplies, all dining/food & beverages, leadership development plan, group communication/connection, one follow up coaching session with half full. 

Workshops begin on Friday July 15 at 3:00pm and end on Saturday July 16 at 5:00pm.  The Terranea Resort is holding a special room rate for attendees and facilitation company half full, llc will plan events for spouses should you choose to make a weekend out of it!
