Five new trustees have been appointed to the Roessler-Chadwick Foundation Board of Trustees, which governs Chadwick School in Palos Verdes, according to a news release from the organization.

Two of the trustees—Mark Woodruff of Palos Verdes Estates and Peter Huh of Rolling Hills—are from the Palos Verdes Peninsula, according to the release.

Woodruff is a senior executive in the electricity industry with more than 30 years of experience, according to the release. Woodruff and his wife, Lyn, served as co-presidents of Chadwick's Dolphin Booster Club, and their children graduated from the school in 2002 and 2004.

Huh is currently the president and CEO of Pacific American Fish Company, Inc. His children graduated from Chadwick in 2009 and 2010.

The other trustees appointed this month were Nick Richardson of Manhattan Beach, Jennie Nash Robertson of Torrance, and Martine Jago, Ph.D., of Irvine.

Chadwick School has two locations—one in Palos Verdes and one in Songdo, South Korea.
