"(With) over $1 million (in) interior upgrades by the current owner, this home features a courtyard entry with a fountain, six bedrooms, 8 baths and four fireplaces," writes listing agent Lily Liang on Zillow.

There is also a two-story living room, spacious dining and billiard room, gourmet kitchen and a gym. The home is equipped with automation systems for lighting, audio and video, cameras and a thermostat—all accessible via an online interface.

The home also offers a three-car garage, a gated driveway and a state-of-the-art security system.

The property last sold in August 2004 for $2.78 million, according to property records aggregated by Zillow.
