PV's Priciest Homes: 59 Via del Cielo

Like last week's featured home, the house at 59 Via del Cielo in Rancho Palos Verdes is not yet built; however, the price tag is still $7.999 million, according to Zillow.

The plans call for just under 8,000 square feet of living space with six bedrooms and six-and-a-half bathrooms.

"This home will feature luxurious appointments and designer finishes with extensive use of natural stone, crown moldings and hardwood flooring throughout," writes listing agent Raju Chhabria.

The floor plan includes a customized movie theater room, formal living room, family room with wet bar, formal dining room and music room, conservatory, kitchen, and an art room, as well as a four-car garage and multiple balconies.

The property was last sold in April 2012 for $2.35 million, according to public records aggregated by Zillow.
