PV's Priciest Homes: 51 Paseo de la Luz

Every week, we feature one of the most expensive homes on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

The Mediterranean-style estate at 51 Paseo de la Luz in Rancho Palos Verdes is on the market for $6.559 million.

The single-family home is nearly 7,700 square feet on a 32,277-square-foot lot and features five bedrooms, six bathrooms, two half-bathrooms, a living room, a game suite, a 675-bottle wine room, a separate gym and an eat-in kitchen, among other features.

Outside, the gently sloped property has a "spectacular entertainment and pool complex that is very private," according to listing agent John Capellaro of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage - Manhattan Beach.

The property was last sold in July 2008 for $4.725 million, according to public records aggregated by Zillow.
