The "amazing estate located in Trump National Homes" features "panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and Catalina Island," listing agents Dale and Ryan Wire of Aviara Real Estate write on the Zillow listing. "This home is surrounded by an 18 hole Trump National golf course."
The 5,517-square-foot home built in 2005 features five bedrooms. Photos on the Zillow listing indicate that the property includes a pool and spa, an outdoor cooking area, gourmet kitchen and wine cellar. There is also an attached garage.
