PV's Priciest Homes: 986 Paseo la Cresta

Every week, we feature one of the most expensive homes on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

The $9.2 million, 11,421-square-foot house at 986 Paseo la Cresta in Palos Verdes Estates is not yet completed, but it "already exudes elegance and magnitude with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean (and) the Queen's Necklace," according to Realtor Rick Edler.

Photos from the listing on AOL Real Estate show a sports courts on the 0.7-acre lot in the Montemalaga area, as well as areas for lush landscaping.

Inside the home are six bedrooms, 11 bathrooms (seven full bathrooms), an "enormous" wine cellar,  at least three fireplaces, and a massage and spa area, according to Edler's website. The home has hardwood floors throughout.
