PV's Priciest Homes: 7 N. Quail Ridge Road

Every week, we feature one of the most expensive homes on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

With its striking panoramic view of the Pacific Ocean, the property on the cul-de-sac at 7 N. Quail Ridge Road in Rolling Hills Estates might seem like a bargain for $5,995,000.

"This home offers the total Rolling Hills experience!" writes Realtor Gayle Probst on AOL Real Estate.

Inside, the 6,000-square-foot home, which was built in 1953, features a formal living room with "high beamed ceilings and fireplace," a formal dining room, a family room with a fireplace, a kitchen with granite counter tops and a Viking range, a master suite with a fireplace and sitting area, an office or study, media room and an art studio.

The 6.37-acre property overlooks the entire Los Angeles basin, and features an infinity pool and spa, and an outdoor fireplace and kitchen.

The property is represented by Probst. For more information, view the listing on AOL Real Estate.

Unfortunately, majority of the foks that live here want to take away what once was of this "spectacular hill"... Sad to see it all slowly disappear and be over built and populated.
