PV's Priciest Homes: 612 Paseo del Mar

Every week, we feature one of the most expensive homes on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

From its perch above Bluff Cove, the $9.9 million property at 612 Paseo del Mar in Palos Verdes Estates has views of the coast up to Malibu, the Hollywood sign and downtown Los Angeles, according to its listing on the Sotheby's International Realty website.

The 10,600-square-foot Mediterranean home in Malaga Cove features three fireplaces, five bedrooms and nine bathrooms—seven full and two half—as well as a 28-foot-tall grand room with French doors opening onto a grand terrace. The kitchen features three Sub-Zero refrigerators, Wolf appliances and multiple dishwashers.

Outside, the property features terraces, an ocean-facing fire pit, a pool, spa, guest house with appliances, and extensive gardens, according to the Sotheby's website.
