Every week, we feature one of the most expensive homes on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

The 5,204-square-foot home at 45 Eastfield Drive in Rolling Hills is priced at $10.9 million—nearly $2,100 per square foot.

According to the home's listing on PalosVerdesHomes.com, the 2.7-acre property features a panoramic view, an infinity edge pool, a tennis court, a three-car garage, and horse property zoning.

Though the home only features four bedrooms, it also has seven bathrooms, a sitting room, a family room with a wet bar and a gourmet kitchen with a private outdoor barbecue area and pizza oven. The basement contains a full gym, a game room and a refrigerated wine room.

The house, which was built in 1954, also has a central furnace and air conditioning. It has been on the market for about a month.

Why is this news???? Maybe someone should keep tabs of these homes that are being made PUBLIC to ensure nothing happens. I know I would not want my home advertised in this matter. Same as Noel...... who cares.
