PV's Priciest Homes: 27 Crest Road

Every week, we feature one of the most expensive homes on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.

The 14,374-square-foot California Ranch house at 27 Crest Road is on the market for $10.99 million—and that's a reduced price, according to a prior listing on AOL Real Estate.

For $765 per square foot, the new owner gets a house with seven full baths, three half-baths, seven bedrooms, an oversized media room and full bar, gym, dry sauna, gourmet kitchen and wine cellar, among other features.

"This rare and 'one-of-a-kind' property is situated on 4.19 acres of park-like grounds with panoramic city and ocean views," according to Rick Edler, who represents the property. "This is an entertainer's paradise with all amenities with an expansive living area."

The property is brokered by Peninsula Sotheby's International Realty. For more information, see the listing on AOL Real Estate.
