A resident of Rolling Hills for at least five years, Spencer Karpf is one of four candidates running for one of two open seats on the Rolling Hills City Council.
Rolling Hills City Council members are elected at-large, meaning that each member represents all residents.
Karpf, the owner of an information technology consulting firm, has never held public office. He is the author of Measure A in Rolling Hills, and a supporter of Measure B.
Despite multiple requests, Karpf did not answer the questionnaire provided by Palos Verdes Patch.
