RPV Council to Consider Marymount Parking Lot Expansion

Also on the council agenda, the regulation of door-to-door solicitation in the city.

Rancho Palos Verdes City Council members tonight will consider a parking lot expansion project at , which would provide more than 400 parking spaces on campus in the area of an existing athletic field.

The expanded parking lot, with construction set to begin this summer, would have 463 spaces. The college hopes to have the lot finished by the start of the fall 2012 term.

Also on tonight's agenda is the regulation of door-to-door solicitation in the city.

The city will continue to provide residents with "do not disturb" signs at as it's a misdemeanor for a person to disturb an individual who has posted these signs at their residence.
