RHE Council to Discuss Chandler Ranch Project
The City Council will hold a continued public hearing for the project at 8:00 p.m. tonight.
The is scheduled to discuss the Chandler Ranch/Rolling Hills Country Club Project during tonight's meeting.
The project would create 114 new single family homes, a reconfigured 18-hole golf course, and a new approximately 61,000 square foot clubhouse, in addition to other facilities.
The 228-acre project site is located on the existing sites of the Chandler Quarry and Rolling Hills Country Club, 26311 and 27000 Palos Verdes Drive East.
