Members of the public tonight will have a chance to share their visions for Ernie Howlett Park in Rolling Hills Estates at a city workshop.
The Park and Activities Commission will discuss the park's current conditions and approved capital improvement projects, in addition to proposed park improvements.
Proposed improvements include a "pocket" skate park, space for sports groups, like AYSO soccer, and upgrades to the park's horse arenas.
Skatepark PV founder Ellen November is scheduled to represent the group at the workshop and discuss proposals for the "pocket" skate park.
The commission plans to present Rolling Hills Estates City Council members with recommended projects.
Tonight's meeting is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. at 4045 Palos Verdes Drive North.
