The last day to file paperwork to run as a candidate in the March 2013 Palos Verdes Estates and Rolling Hills municipal elections is Friday.
In Palos Verdes Estates, two councilmen and the city treasurer are up for re-election; in Rolling Hills, two councilmen are up for re-election.
Those elected will serve four-year terms. Members of both city councils are elected at-large.
If an incumbent who is not termed out does not file papers, the filing period will be extended to Wednesday.
