Equestrian Center Upgrades on RHE Council Agenda

Council members will also consider the replacement of some three-rail fencing within the city's rights-of-way.

Improvements to the Equestrian Center, as well as to sections of three-rail fencing within the city will be discussed Tuesday night at the Rolling Hills Estates City Council meeting.

Council members will consider proposals for the replacement of fencing and footing materials at the Equestrian Center. They'll consider proposals to construct two horse arenas with 4-foot fencing, in addition to repair and level two horse show arena bases and install a textile and sand mixture footing.

The Council will also consider directing staff to solicit cost quotes for the replacement of 5,360 feet of three-rail fencing within the city's rights-of-way along bridle/hiking trails. The wood fencing would be replaced with vinyl fencing materials, according to a staff report.
