Polls open today for the 36th Congressional District runoff election between candidates Janice Hahn and Craig Huey.
Democrat Janice Hahn and Republican Craig Huey will be on the ballot for today's runoff election to fill the 36th Congressional District seat that former Democratic Rep. .
The district held a primary election in May. Hahn and Huey were the top two vote-getters, allowing them to advance to Tuesday's runoff.
