Rancho Palos Verdes

ARRESTS

Four vehicle law arrests, one narcotics arrest and one DUI arrest.

INCIDENTS

Burglary: 4 p.m. May 24 to 10 a.m. May 25, 4300 block of Via Frascati. A garage door was damaged. The loss was unknown at the time of the report.

Vehicle burglary:

  • 5 p.m. May 11 to 6:30 a.m. May 28, 27000 block of Grayslake Road. A GPS, bullets, target bullets, two gun magazines and a medical kit were reported stolen.
  • 6:30 a.m. to 12:20 p.m. May 7, 7000 block of West Los Verdes Drive. A window was smashed. An iPad and a briefcase were reported stolen. 

Commercial burglary: 11:20 a.m. May 26 to 11 a.m. June 2, 27500 block of Western Avenue. The method of entry was unknown at the time of the report. A ring and rosary were reported stolen.

Grand theft:

  • 6 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. May 25, 6500 block of Via Siena. Someone entered the open yard. An iron gate, iron window and bars were reported stolen.
  • 12:30-5 p.m. May 31, 30900 block of Hawthorne Boulevard. Gardening tools were reported stolen from a vehicle. 
  • Noon to 7 p.m. May 31, 32600 block of Coastsite Drive. Four bicycles were reported stolen.

Grand theft auto: 12:30-5 p.m. May 31, 30900 block of Hawthorne Boulevard. White 1989 Toyota pickup.

Rolling Hills

ARRESTS

No arrests were reported.

INCIDENTS

Residential burglary: 11 a.m. February 13 to 11 a.m. June 1, Cinchring Road. A door was forced open. Jewelry was reported stolen.

Rolling Hills Estates

ARRESTS

Two vehicle law arrests and two shoplifting arrests.

INCIDENTS

Residential burglary:

  • 10:30 a.m. May 28, 27800 block of Saddle Road. Someone opened a sliding glass door. The loss was unknown at the time of the report.
  • 10-11:30 a.m. May 29, Rawhide Lane. Someone entered through an unlocked door. The loss was unknown at the time of the report.

Burglary:

  • 6 p.m. May 20, Gaucho Drive. Someone entered an unlocked garage and took alcohol.
  • 9 a.m. May 10 to 5 p.m. May 26, 4600 block of Sugarhill Drive. Someone entered an unlocked garage and took two drills, a skill saw and a charger.
  • 7:52 p.m. June 2, Peninsula Center. Suspects were arrested for taking meat, milk, chicken and fruit.

Commercial burglary: 3 p.m. June 1 to 9 a.m. June 2, 20 block Moccasin Lane. Someone smashed windows open. The loss was unknown at the time of the report.
