Rancho Palos Verdes

ARRESTS

One domestic violence arrest, one battery arrest, two drug arrests, one disorderly conduct arrest and one elder abuse arrest.

INCIDENTS

Stolen car: 9 a.m. July 7 to 10:40 a.m. July 8, 6100 block of Arrowroot Lane. Unknown method of entry. Silver 2006 BMW 325I.

Residential burglary:

  • 6 p.m. July 5 to 10:40 a.m. July 7, 7100 block of Crest Road. Someone pried open the garage door. A drill set was reported stolen.
  • 9:20 a.m. to 7 p.m. July 5, 28400 block of Golden Meadow Drive. Unknown method of entry. A jewelry box, camera, wallet, cash and a purse were reported stolen.

Grand theft: 2 p.m. Feb. 25 to 2 p.m. July 1, 6100 block of Arrowroot Lane. Someone entered an open shed at the front of the house. A golf bag, golf clubs, jacket and golf balls were reported stolen.

Shoplifting: 9:47 a.m. July 2, 27700 block of Hawthorne Boulevard. Five packs of cigarettes were reported stolen.

Commercial burglary: 5 p.m. June 29 to 9 a.m. July 2, 31200 block of Palos Verdes Drive West. The loss was unknown at the time of the report.

Theft from vehicle: 1 p.m. June 30 to noon July 1, 100 block of Terranea Way. Unknown method of entry. An iPod and keys were reported stolen.
