UPDATED: Firefighters, Lifeguards Sent in to Rescue 2 Stranded on Rocks

Neither is hurt.

Firefighters and lifeguards today rescued two people stranded on rocks in Rancho Palos Verdes.

Rescuers were sent to the oceanfront near the 5600 block of Palos Verdes Drive South about 11:20 a.m., said county fire Inspector Rick Flores.

The two were rescued after about an hour, and neither was hurt.
