We the residents of Rolling Hills Estates not only oppose the zoning change of the property from Commercial/Recreational to Commercial because of loss of equine instruction and homes for horses, but also because this change will mean greater density, more traffic and greater use of our infrastructure: water, power, sewage and emergency services. We absolutely oppose this project.
