Will Seahorse Riding Club Be Razed for an Assisted Living Facility?

RHE City Manager Doug Prichard created a timeline of events in regard to Seahorse and its potential for replacement by an assisted living facility (which we equestrians all vehemently oppose, of course). You can read the timeline at the link below.

Clark Davis is adamant that the City staff and council have been paving the way for this to happen in the form of new ordinances and property deals, and he believes that the public has been/is being deceived.  RHE city council, mayor, and staff have repeatedly denied this is the case in several public meetings.

The conclusion I have drawn is this:  We equestrians MUST REMAIN VIGILANT AND INVOLVED if we are to preserve horse keeping and
trails in this city, and prevent the erosion of the equestrian lifestyle, bit by bit (pardon the pun) on the Palos Verdes Peninsula.
