Stop by for the 30th annual "Whale Of A Day" celebration, on the grounds of the Point Vicente Interpretive Center. Fun and games for all ages, including children activities, whale watching from the bluffs, food booths, entertainment, museum tours, U.S. Coast Guard exhibits and lighthouse tours*, educational and environmental booths, inflatable jumpers and face painting. No entrance fee, plus free parking and shuttle service from Rancho Palos Verdes City Hall, 30940 Hawthorne Blvd (sorry, no onsite parking). *Lighthouse tours end at 3pm.
