A gift gathering party for the 25th annual Valentine Ball, benefiting the Norris Center for the Performing Arts, will be held at the Rancho Palos Verdes home of Tracey and Ron Cloud. A donation of $75 or an auction item valued at $100 or more per person is required to attend. The highlight of the party will be the announcement of the 2014 Valentine Ball honoree who will be presented at the benefit.
