'Urban Trance Dance' is a contemporary approach to
focus on healing and spiritual evolution using modern music. We use
'Neon' effects in a dark room to bring joy, physical stamina, and ecstasy to stimulate
the trance state. By 'glowing' in the dark room, a participant will disappear,
become disattached from ordinary stress and problems, energize the body, and discover the true
self within.
No dance experience is required! Just enjoy the
rhythms and excitement!!
