Port Passages - Tall Ship Educational Tours

Sail the Los Angeles Harbor and learn about America's busiest Port aboard LA's Official Tall Ships!

The Irving Johnson and Exy Johnson are 110-foot wooden ships named after sail training pioneers who sailed around the world seven times with young crews.  They are educational sailing vessels used in the award-winning TopSail Youth Program and the only twin brigantines in the world.

Sponsored by the Port of Los Angeles, these 45-minute educational tours will be offered on the hour on Saturday, May 3rd and Sunday, May 4th.

Public sailing events are offered as a community service by Los Angeles Maritime Institute to introduce kids of all ages to the TopSail Youth Program, the Los Angeles Harbor, and the the art of sailing.
