Palos Verdes Peninsula High School's award winning drama department presents the classic musical, Oklahoma! Set in a western Indian territory just after the turn of the century, the high-spirited rivalry between the local farmers and cowboys provides the colorful background against which Curly, a handsome cowboy, and Laurey, a winsome farm girl, play out their love story. Filled with familiar standards such as "People Will Say We’re in Love”, “Oh What Beautiful Mornin” and of course, “Oklahoma”, this foot-stampin’, toe tappin’ production is sure to be a hit with audiences of all ages.
Performances are February 28, March 1, 7, 8, 14 & 15 @ 7pm and March 2, 9 (understudy performance) and 16 @ 2pm at the Performing Arts Center (PAC) at PV Peninsula High School, 27118 Silver Spur Rd, Rolling Hills Estates 90274
