Kaiser Permanente South Bay Medical Center will host National Healthcare Decisions Day on Wednesday, April 16 from 10am to 3pm. Visit the "Wish Booth" to complete an advance directive, so that your loved ones will know your wishes if you are ill or injured. Staff will be available to answer questions and notary services will be available for $10 (government issued identification required).
