Keeping Seniors Protected from Financial and Physical Abuse

KEEP-SAFE is an acronym for Keep Every Elder Protected-Stop Abuse and Financial Exploitation.
This program is approximately 60-75 minutes and includes a 17-minute award winning video which addresses how to keep older adults safe from fiduciary and elder abuse.
The purpose is to heighten awareness and help community members and law enforcement personnel recognize the financial and physical abuse of the elderly.  Handouts with resource phone numbers and tip sheets will be provided.

Sponsored by the Palos Verdes Library District and presented by
the KEEP-SAFE Coalition, this informational seminar is free and open to the
public.
