Palos Verdes Art Center’s 11th Anniversary House Raffle Offers You a Chance to Win A $2,000,000 Palos Verdes Terranea Seaside Vacation Home Villa or $1,000,000 Cash!
California’s FIRST and BEST house raffle is back for its 11th year! In 2002 Palos Verdes Art Center started the first and best California house raffle – selling out in days. The Palos Verdes Art Center continues with the most dynamic top prize to date – a $2,000,000 Terranea Seaside Vacation Home Villa! Tickets will be sold at $150 each – the same price as in the previous ten raffles, during which the Art Center has given away over $12,000,000 in cash and prizes. Again this year, a special drawing will be held for buyers of two or more tickets purchased at the same time, and in the same name(s).
The 2012-2013 Win Your Dream House Raffle will offer two Early Bird Drawings, each with over $100,000 in cash and prizes. An exclusive Terranea Weekend Package will be awarded at each of the Early Bird Drawings. The Terranea Weekend Package includes a complimentary two-night stay in a Seaside Villa or Casita, including two spa treatments each for two people, a round of golf for four people, and a $500 credit for dining at the Resort. Special drawings will be held at each of the Early Bird Drawings, as well as the Grand Prize Drawing, for those that purchase two or more tickets at the same time and in the same name(s). Purchasing two or more tickets will offer you a chance to win an additional $65,000 in prizes, if you purchase your tickets by February 20, 2013. Early Bird Drawings will be held Sundays, February 24 and April 14, 2013 at 1:00pm. The Early Bird Drawings will be held at Terranea Resort, 100 Terranea Way, Rancho Palos Verdes. The Grand Prize Drawing will be held May 10, 2013, 5:00pm at the Palos Verdes Art Center.
