5 Strategies To Protect Your College Bound Child

5 Strategies to Protect Your College Bound Child
Attention all parents sending their child to college this fall:
In response to the Isla Vista killings which happened near UCSB and affected UCSB students, Kristin Borostyan of Real College Knowledge has put together a FREE conference call entitled:
Be Prepared:  Safety strategies that parents need to discuss before sending their child off to college.
Kristin Borostyan, a former Colorado school counselor during the Columbine shootings, is FEMA trained in Safe Schools Management and Crisis Intervention / Recovery and is a mom of a college aged daughter and another about to go.  She has established an exclusive, one of a kind comprehensive program that teaches the essential life skills all young adults need to be successful in college and in life.  Please visit her website at
www.realcollegeknowedge.com

Kristin will share her expertise on how to talk to your child about the incident and how to prepare an emergency action plan for your family.  There will also be a question and answer portion of the call.
School shootings and other tragedies are impossible to predict and impossible to prevent. You can’t prevent an unknown tragedy but you can make sure your child is as prepared as possible.   Prepare yourself and your student for the fall.
