Preschool's fate uncertain

Montessori Preschool's lease at Ladera Linda Community Center might not be extended past its expiration in September. Rancho Palos Verdes City Council at Tuesday night's meeting, but the city will require the school pay for all necessary repairs to the aged building for a lease extension to be considered.
