RPV: Beware of PVDE Delays, Detours

Drivers in Rancho Palos Verdes who regularly take Palos Verdes Drive East should expect construction-related delays and detours on the road between Vista Del Mar and Casilina Drive until Dec. 14, according to an email from RPV city staff sent Wednesday.

Part of the road will be under construction due to the installation of an 18-inch storm drain line as part of the Marymount College parking lot improvement project. The final paving will occur later this week and early next week if the weather cooperates, according to city staff.

"Motorists are advised to respect the 'cone zone' and adhere to the temporary traffic control devices for the safety of all," wrote city staff.
