Just days after a late-season storm , another is expected to reach the area this weekend and stick around through Monday, according to National Weather Service forecasters.
The storm is expected to bring rain and mountain snow to the region with a chance of thunderstorms Sunday into Sunday night, according to a NWS hazardous weather statement.
"There is potential for a good late-season soaking," according to the NWS.
In Palos Verdes, there's a slight chance of rain forecast for Saturday night with rain likely on Sunday. Showers are expected Sunday night and into Monday. Temperatures for the weekend are forecast in the low-60s.
