Mediterraneo

on Pier Plaza in Hermosa Beach serves up an array of exotic tastes: Spanish, Italian, Greek and French. Chef Amber Caudle’s innovative menu mixes Mediterranean influences into the restaurant’s eclectic blend of European dishes.

Thai Dishes 

The authentic Thai restaurant, Thai Dishes, at 1015 N. Sepulveda Blvd. in Manhattan Beach can . Chefs and brothers Anant and Manus Kumtong draw inspiration for the restaurant’s menu from their mother’s cooking, according to the restaurant's website.

Ocean Tava

Hidden in the small shopping center at 1212 PCH in Redondo Beach, brings big Indian flavor to the Beach Cities. The authentic dishes—from chicken tikka masala to Reshmi chicken kebab—can add spice to your summer.

Red Onion

The Red Onion at 736 Silver Spur Rd., which offers authentic Sonora-style Mexican cuisine, has been a part of the Palos Verdes Peninsula since 1963. The restaurant’s main dish entrees have been around for more than 100 years as owner Jeff Earle that the recipes were passed down from his great grandmother Catalina Castillo.
