SCE Work Slows Traffic on PVDN
Traffic is affected on Rolling Hills Road and eastbound on Palos Verdes Drive North.
Southern California Edison is working on a project on Palos Verdes Drive North that is impacting traffic, according to a text message from the city of Rolling Hills Estates sent at about 1:10 p.m.
According to the city, traffic is backing up southbound on Rolling Hills Road and heading eastbound on Palos Verdes Drive North from Crenshaw Boulevard.
The work was anticipated to finish by 3:30 p.m.
