The Original Red Onion to Be Inducted into the South Bay Business Hall of Fame

The restaurant is among five inductees to be honored this year.

The Original Red Onion will soon be inducted into the South Bay Business Hall of Fame.

The Rolling Hills Estates restaurant is one of five inductees this year, according to Brendan Huffman, the South Bay Business Hall of Fame's policy director.

"Each of these inductees has contributed significantly to the region’s economy and culture for many decades," Huffman said.

Some of this year's other inductees include, Chevron, Juanita’s Foods and the Port of Los Angeles.

The second annual South Bay Business Hall of Fame luncheon will take place at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 8, at the Holiday Inn Torrance which is located at 18900 South Vermont Ave.
