Sprouts & Shutters: Green Store, Side Door to Close

New businesses come to Redondo Beach, Manhattan Beach and Hermosa Beach.

Sprouts

DOMA Kitchen, which recent opened at 420 N. Pacific Coast Hwy., focuses on international cuisine, according to Redondo Beach Patch. The family-owned eatery serves breakfast, lunch and dinner on its outdoor patio.

A new craft brewery may come to Redondo Beach. Coastline Brewing appeared in front of the Redondo Beach Planning Commission on Thursday night, as detailed in Patch's weekly South Bay Brews News column. Stay tuned for next week's edition for more information.

Little Sister has officially replaced Hamptons in Manhattan Beach. Located at 1131 Manhattan Ave., Little Sister is owned by the same restaurant group as Abigaile in Hermosa Beach. 

Shanna Shryne, an interior designer in the Beach Cities, has opened Shryne Design at 910 Hermosa Ave. in Hermosa Beach, according to the Beach Reporter

Aimee's Bistro in Redondo Beach may be converted into a gastropub, according to a post on Facebook from commercial real estate firm the Innate Group

The Flame Broiler has now opened in Manhattan Beach, according to the Innate Group.

Shutters

The Green Store in Hermosa Beach will officially close at the end of August, according to Hermosa Beach Patch. The convenience store at the corner of Hermosa Avenue and 22nd Street has been a landmark for more than 30 years. 

The Side Door, a local Manhattan Beach watering hole, will hold its final call on July 28 after 10 years, according to a news release posted on the establishment's Facebook page
