CELEBRATE WELLNESS IN THE GARDEN

Join Cancer Support Community-Redondo Beach in honoring their founders as they celebrate 25 years of providing support programs for cancer patients and their families free of charge. The 16th annual Celebrate Wellness event will be held at the South Coast Botanic Garden, 26300 Crenshaw Boulevard, Palos Verdes Peninsula, on Sunday, June 24 from 3 to 7 p.m.

Reserve your seat at this extraordinary celebration that will amaze and delight food and wine aficionados or anyone who appreciates an opportunity for a great culinary experience. Guests can sample tasty specialties from local restaurants, coupled with tempting libations from wineries and breweries. The event will include many priceless, valuable live and silent auction items. Enjoy strolling through the garden as you view these fabulous treasures and place your bids on a roundtrip from Los Angeles to Las Vegas, or Napa on a private Jet—or, cooking lessons for a private party of 10 with Chef Christine Brown owner of renowned Restaurant Christine. Guests will have the opportunity to choose among a fantastic variety of health and beauty, entertainment and sports items, and many more.

Proceeds will benefit the more than 140 free programs per month offered by Cancer Support Community-Redondo Beach. Tickets are $135 per person (guests must be 21 and older), and can be purchased online by visiting www.cancersupportredondobeach.org  or by calling 310-376-3550.
