Easy Reader Reviews Terranea's bashi
Terranea's bashi specializes in pan-Asian cuisine.
bashi, one of several restaurants at Terranea Resort and Spa in Rancho Palos Verdes, focuses on pan-Asian cuisine and locally sourced ingredients, and Chef Bruce Ngyugen's food earned a complimentary review from Easy Reader food writer Richard Foss.
"Most Asian restaurants don’t offer anything like this level of service and innovation, to say nothing of the view of the ocean," Foss wrote. "It was a chance to soak up some resort ambiance and laze over a great meal, and we returned to the mundane duties of the rest of our day with regret."
Foss is not the first reviewer to give the restaurant high marks. In November, Los Angeles Magazine's Digest blog raved about the eatery.
