"MORE THAN A MONTH": FREE Community Cinema

Shukree Hassan Tilghman, a 29-year-old African American filmmaker, is on a cross-country campaign to end Black History Month. Through this tongue-in-cheek journey, MORE THAN A MONTH investigates what the treatment of history tells us about race and equality in a post-racial America.

Grand Vision Foundation has partnered with ITVS Community Cinema to bring to the Warner Grand Theatre and Grand Annex films from the PBS series, Independent Lens. Community Cinema brings the community together to learn, discuss and get involved in today’s critical social issues.

All Films Free- Due to seating limits, please make advance reservations • www.grandvision.org • 310.833.4813
